How is the interest calculated?

The interest is calculated based on a front-end add-on method where we take flat interest rate multiple by the loan amount and the loan tenure.

The monthly interest is then apportioned using the Rule 78 method where the interest repayment component of the monthly instalment is higher in the beginning of the loan tenure.
