No. You would not be able to partially release your locked funds. You must release the full amount and then submit a request to lock a new amount via Branch / contacting CIMB At-Your-Service Call Centre or Preferred Relationship Manager.
For example, if you have requested to lock S$10,000, you are unable to unlock only S$5,000 of the funds. You are only allowed to unlock the entire S$10,000 of your locked funds.
