CIMB Reassures Customers’ Deposits Are Safe

 

CIMB Singapore experienced a technical issue on 29 June 2024. While both inbound and outbound transactions were successfully processed by the bank, certain transactions were not being reflected in the bank account balances of a small group of affected customers.

 

We would like to reassure our customers that our core banking systems and customer accounts have not been compromised, and all affected customers will have their funds posted into their account in the next 24 hours. We will proactively engage affected customers on this issue.

 

We sincerely apologise to our customers for the inconvenience caused.
