Overview

CIMB Bank is an active Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) that issues Banker’s Guarantees digitally through the eGuarantee@Gov Programme. 

 

No physical paper guarantee is required as the programme enables CIMB Bank to send guarantees electronically in data form and transmit securely via the Networked Trade Platform.

How it works

How to apply

Step 1

For Existing Customers, complete the application form here.

 

For New Customers, create an Account with us here.

Step 2

Indicate in Other Instructions the reference number and to submit BG to the Beneficiary by eGuarantee.


Please refer to eGuarantee@Gov Programme for the full list and templates that accepts eGuarantees. 

Step 3

Submit the completed application form to us via email or to our branch at:

Once your eGuarantee has been lodged successfully, the Government Agency will inform you on the next steps.
